Only  the highest quality filaments are used.  This ensures that the parts print without issues but also that they hold up over time.  Moisture levels of the filaments are maintained and the PETG with Carbon Fiber is always dried before every print.

Plastics

1. TOUGH PLA
**********  Cost
**********  Max Temperature 143º F

**********  Strength (Tensile) 28 MPa
**********  Elasticity (Young) 1879 MPa

(Black/White/Gray, Colors can be ordered) - Polylactic Acid. Good overall strength. An indoor plastic. Great for Prototypes. Rigid.
Semi-gloss. Can be sanded to some extent and paints well. Most shapes can be printed and is the least expensive. Can print with variety of nozzle sizes including .2mm. Landfill friendly . Warning : do not keep PLA in vehicles.  Is NOT brittle like some printers are saying. (16.5" x 16.5" x 19" build volume)

2. PETG
**********  Cost
**********  Max Temperature 174º F
**********  Strength (Tensile) 32 MPa
**********  Elasticity (Young) 1472 MPa

(White/Black) - Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol. A good choice if higher temperature resistance is needed along with high shear strength. It is slightly limited in what shapes can be printed. Good for Outdoor use.
Semi-glossy. It is more difficult to print. (12" x 12" x 14" build volume)

3. TPU
**********  Cost
**********  Max Temperature 140º F
**********  Strength (Tensile) 23 MPa
Shore Hardness 95A

(White) - It is a Thermoplastic Urethane which is very flexible and tough.  Good for shoe soles, tubing, handles, tires for prototypes.
Semi-Glossy.  (12" x 12" x 14" build volume)

4. PETG WITH CARBON FIBER
**********  Cost
**********  Max Temperature 185º F
**********  Strength (Tensile) 51 MPa

(Black) - A PETG that is very Strong and lightweight as well as temperature resistant. Can hold up outdoors. Great for Drone parts, Car Parts, Vacuform Molds, and Skateboard Parts. Has a very
matte finish.  Does not print intricate details well. The carbon fiber is chopped. ( 9.5" x 9.5" x 9.5" build volume)

5. ABS
**********  Cost
**********  Max Temperature 201º F
**********  Strength (Tensile) 41 MPa

(White/Black Colors can be ordered) Good overall material for final use. Has high heat resistance and flexes well. Prints details fairly well. Semi-Gloss finish. Good for car interior parts and parts that need to move. ( 9.5" x 9.5" x 9.5" build volume)
